Government Agency Referrals
The North Coast Regional District (NCRD) reviews referrals from various government agencies regarding crown land, foreshore licenses, water licenses, road developments, and more. This referral process may include a referral to a local advisory planning commission for comment before the NCRD Board provides input. Applications for Crown Land which are open for comment can be found on the Province’s Applications, Comments & Reasons for Decision Portal. Referrals being considered by the NCRD are included in the Regular Agenda, published once week before each Board meeting.
