Sustainable Economic Development Strategy: Electoral Areas A & C
The North Coast Regional District (NCRD) is developing a Sustainable Economic Development Strategy for Electoral Areas A and C to support economic development in our communities. The Strategy will assist the NCRD in assessing economic development capacity, needs, and opportunities in each Electoral Area.
The NCRD held two in-person community workshops in 2023:
- Tuesday, October 3 in Dodge Cove; and
- Wednesday, October 4 in Oona River.
Participants shared insights to help the NCRD understand how the local economy impacts day-to-day life and to eventually develop tools and resources to support our local businesses.
