Notice of Public Hearing Waived Bylaw No. 699 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Board of the North Coast Regional District has waived the holding of a public hearing for Bylaw No. 699, 2025; being a proposed bylaw to amend the Graham Island Interim Zoning Bylaw No. 192, 1993.

In general terms, the purpose of the proposed amendment bylaw is to amend the Regional District’s Graham Island Interim Zoning Bylaw No. 192, 1993 by changing the zoning on Lot A, Plan PRP 14094, District Lot 2395 Queen Charlotte District, Parcel Identifier 018-880-908, from Agricultural Use (A-1) to Rural Residential (R-1).

A copy of the Board resolution waiving the public hearing and a copy of the proposed bylaw may be inspected at the offices of the North Coast Regional District, 205-815 1st Avenue West, Prince Rupert, B.C. between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays. 

Letters have been sent to neighboring residents where they were given the opportunity to provide written submissions by June 9, 2025.
