Emergency Planning
The North Coast Regional District (NCRD) Emergency Program provides the direction and coordination required to respond and recover from major emergencies or disasters in the electoral areas of the NCRD. The NCRD program is in place to assist incident commanders when emergencies exceed their response capabilities, training or available resources.
The NCRD Emergency Program functions on a 24 hour/7 days per week basis. During business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., information on the program can be obtained by calling (250) 624-2002 or toll free in B.C. at 1-888-301-2002.
