Notice of Public Hearing Waiver - Bylaw 695, 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Board of the North Coast Regional District (NCRD) has waived the holding of a public hearing for the following bylaw, pursuant to section 467 of the Local Government Act: 

North Coast Regional District Mainland Zoning Repealing Bylaw No. 695, 2024

Purpose

Bylaw No. 695, 2024 received first reading on September 13, 2024. In general, the purpose of the proposed zoning repealing bylaw is to repeal the “zoning bylaw of the Regional District of Skeena “A”, No. 7, 1971”.

Information & Submissions

A copy of the Board resolutions waiving the public hearing and a copy of the proposed bylaws may be inspected at the offices of the North Coast Regional District, 14, 342, 3rd Avenue West, Prince Rupert, B.C. between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, except statutory holidays.
